食材： 1.豆角 2.鹽巴 3.啤酒 4.朝天椒 ※請依個人口味自行斟酌用料比例
作法：
1.將豆角清洗乾淨
2.以瓶子的寬度決定一次要捲幾根的豆角，轉圓圈將其圈起來
3.將豆角們塞進玻璃罐中，塞緊、排列整齊
4.加入朝天椒，依照個人喜愛斟酌加量；倒入3%-5%的鹽巴
5.最後加入啤酒一罐，讓其發酵，啤酒需醃過食材
6.放置1週後即可食用
