店家故事


廚師從國中獨自在外地求學,就開始接觸廚房餐點這門藝術。年少輕狂總會有些自己的興趣,衝浪、釣魚甚至成為真正的賽車手,不無看出主廚對於自己感興趣的事物會有所堅持的個性。

在意識到家鄉的雙親已漸漸雙鬢發白,毅然決然回東引深耕,在回去之前,特意跑遍台灣北中南嚐遍美食,不只如此,更親自進廚房學習手藝,在高雄知名薑母鴨的廚房習得薑母鴨湯頭精華;在屏東內埔榕樹下客家小炒習得客家拿手小菜,更在台北大型囍宴會館見識一天出500桌以上大廚房的流程,並且跟在中餐、冷盤、日式師傅身邊學習手藝!

Tai-Li Restaurant Intro.


Since the chef, Li-Fu Feng, was in junior high school, he lived alone and began the art of cooking.


The young frivolous auspicious day, he had several interests: surfing, fishing and Moto-racing. From these we can tell that the chef have his own insistence on what he likes and what he wants.


Because he was aware of his parents were getting older, he decided to back to the home town - Dongyin.


Before went back to Dongyin, he traveled around Taiwan for tasting many different types of delicious food. Not only tasted food but also learned how to make it with many different respectful cooker.


After all, Li-Fu and his wife back to Dongyin. Because their parents are pig farmer, They designed the restaurant then built it on their own. They want this special place can make all of costumers feel free and comfortable while enjoying the delicious food.
